ORDERS

Once you place your order successfully with COS I SAID SO ®, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address provided by you at check out. 

You will also receive a tracking number from our courier service, so you can follow your parcel, or make delivery/address changes online if needed.

You can see and manage all your orders from your account dashboard. Good reason to register!

Upon payment receipt we will process your order. Provided all items are in stock, we will send out your order within 2-3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping rates depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination country. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your order. Please note that import duties are on your behalf.

We do not offer international (outside of Europe) returns/exchanges at this time. Please contact us if you need size or extra product info to avoid returns.

RETURNS

If an item does not meet your expectations or you picked the wrong size, the order may be returned within 14 days. Please notify us by sending an email to hello@cosisaidso.com and clearly mention your name, order number, product details and reason for return/exchange. Once you received our confirmation email, you can send the unused goods with original hangtag back to us.

Original shipping fees will not be refunded. The return label fee (and for international orders also the duties) will be deducted from the total amount refunded to your original form of payment.

Please make sure to print of our confirmation email and put this in your parcel so we can keep track of what we receive.

Your refund will be issued within 14 days.

THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM IS ON YOUR EXPENSE, unless it concerns a faulty item. In the case of a faulty item we will send you a free returns label. This is only for European orders.

Returns that don't meet these conditions or parcels that don't contain the correct documents will not be considered.

Please note that items purchased with discount (sale) or from the OUTLET section can not be returned or exchanged.
